Controlled emergency crossover on Circle Line and the junction on British Rail between the Eastern Region and Midland Region signalling loco hauled and D.M.U. trains to the city terminus at Moorgate and Southern Region at Holborn Viaduct via Snow Hill junction. |

the route via Snow Hill junction to the Southern Region was no more and all trains terminated at Moorgate. Note the stand alone push-button console. The top row of buttons controlled British Rail and the bottom row controlled the Circle Line. |
