operating levers whilst Traffic Regulators take a break.
Black & White

Rayners Lane 1969 Controlled the junction between the
Piccadilly and Metropolitan lines
by means of a Push-Pull lever frame.
These red & black route levers
controlled both signals and points.
The black point levers to the left of the
Signalman (Harry Palmer) had to be centred
if the yellow route control lever was reversed.
