Walthamstow Central and Highbury and Islington.

Extensions south:
Highbury and Islington to Warren Street - Dec. 1968.
Warren Street to Victoria - 1969.
Victoria to Brixton - 1971.

Total current route mileage = 13 miles.
Total stations served = 16 stations.

Details

There were never any Signal Boxes or Signal Cabins on the Victoria Line.

When the line opened in 1968 Cobourg Street Regulating Room (as it was then called)
took control of each area as it became commissioned.

All areas are controlled by Program Machines with the provision
for manual intervention by means of Push Buttons for every route.
